Tungsten has the highest melting point of all metals. At temperatures above 1650° C  , tungsten also has the highest tensile strength of all metals. Tungsten has a very low coefficient of thermal expansion, low vapor pressure at high temperatures, high dimensional stability, good creep properties, and extremely high elastic modulus. Tungsten sheet are widely used in high-temperature furnace components, anti-corrosion shielding materials, and heat dissipation for electronic components.
