With user-friendliness in mind, each elbow is deburred and polished, providing a clean surface to the ends as well as the inner and outer surfaces. iTOP Metal offers a pre-assembled solution that can be welded without any additional preparation.

The dimensional tolerances of iTOP® titanium elbows conform to ASME B16.9 standards, and Titanium fitting wall thicknesses conform with standard schedule 10S and 40S ASME B36.19M wall pipes. As a titanium elbow factory, we also customize titanium elbow according to customers’ special requirements, such as specific chemical composition, physical properties and dimensional tolerances.

What do I need to do to buy titanium block from China?
When purchasing titanium block in China, you need to contact our technical engineers and tell them the relevant requirements for titanium block (grade, chemical composition and qualification certificates, etc.), including drawings. Our technical engineers will give you a CIF quotation (including freight) based on the documents you provide.
How much does titanium block cost?
Because titanium block have different grades and production processes, we can only make one-on-one quotations based on customer requirements and provide titanium block products that meet customer requirements.
Is there a minimum order quantity requirement?
Because titanium is a very expensive ideal material, the price is relatively high. We do not set a minimum order quantity requirement. We will provide you with the most appropriate procurement plan based on your project and industry technical experts.
What are the payment methods?
Currently we only support TT payment with 30% advance payment. After we provide the product quality inspection report and video inspection, you pay 70% of the final payment.
How long does the stocking cycle take?
iTOP Metal has the fastest delivery system in the world. Titanium block inventory is promised to be delivered in 3-5 days, and customized titanium block can be delivered in 20 days.
Do you provide product quality inspection certificates?
Our factory produces titanium block in strict accordance with ASTM B348, ASTM F136 and AMS 4928 standards. If you request detailed testing requirements, we will conduct quality testing according to your requirements, including chemical composition, developing testing institutions, etc.
Can we go to China to visit your factory?
Our titanium plate factory welcomes customers from all over the world to visit our factory in China. If you have plans to come to China, please inform our technical engineers in advance and we will arrange your itinerary in China.
Does it support payment in currencies other than USD?
In order to better adapt to the international situation, our company supports payment collection in RMB and Euro. Several special countries support equal-value barter payment.
