- Monel® 400
Corrosion resistant Monel® 400 provides good weldability and moderate to high strength metal characteristics. Monel® 400 is resistant to sea water, high temperature steam, caustic solutions, and salt. Monel® 400 Series is extremely useful in temperatures up to 1000°F (538°C) and high temperature steam atmospheres. - Monel® R405
Monel® R405 is the free machining version of the 400 Series. The added sulfur act as chip breakers during machining, providing excellent strength, corrosion resistance, and weldability. Monel® R405 is commonly utilized within marine applications and other non-oxidizing chlorine solutions. - Monel® K500
Combining corrosion resistance with added strength and hardness, Monel® K500’s increased property features are obtained by adding aluminum and titanium to the nickel-copper base. Monel® K500 is highly suitable for a wide range of corrosive applications including centrifugal pump shafts.

What do I need to do to buy Monel Alloy from China?
When purchasing Monel Alloy in China, you need to contact our technical engineers and tell them the relevant requirements for Monel Alloy (grade, chemical composition and qualification certificates, etc.), including drawings. Our technical engineers will give you a CIF quotation (including freight) based on the documents you provide.
How much does Monel Alloy cost?
Because Monel Alloy have different grades and production processes, we can only make one-on-one quotations based on customer requirements and provide Monel Alloy products that meet customer requirements.
Is there a minimum order quantity requirement?
Because titanium is a very expensive ideal material, the price is relatively high. We do not set a minimum order quantity requirement. We will provide you with the most appropriate procurement plan based on your project and industry technical experts.
What are the payment methods?
Currently we only support TT payment with 30% advance payment. After we provide the product quality inspection report and video inspection, you pay 70% of the final payment.
How long does the stocking cycle take?
iTOP Metal has the fastest delivery system in the world. Monel Alloy inventory is promised to be delivered in 3-5 days, and customized titanium sheet metal can be delivered in 20 days.
Do you provide product quality inspection certificates?
Our factory produces Monel Alloy in strict accordance with ASTM B265 standards. If you request detailed testing requirements, we will conduct quality testing according to your requirements, including chemical composition, developing testing institutions, etc.
Can we go to China to visit your factory?
Our titanium plate factory welcomes customers from all over the world to visit our factory in China. If you have plans to come to China, please inform our technical engineers in advance and we will arrange your itinerary in China.
Does it support payment in currencies other than USD?
In order to better adapt to the international situation, our company supports payment collection in RMB and Euro. Several special countries support equal-value barter payment.
