Inconel® sheet is a high-performance nickel-based superalloy sheet, mainly composed of nickel and chromium, and other elements such as molybdenum, iron, titanium, aluminum, etc. are added according to the specific alloy grade. This alloy plate is widely used in aerospace, oil and gas, chemical industry, nuclear energy, power generation and other fields due to its excellent performance in high temperature, high pressure and corrosive environment.

Inconel 600® sheet has excellent high temperature oxidation resistance and chloride stress corrosion cracking resistance, and is mainly used in high temperature environments, such as heat exchangers, distillation towers, nuclear reactor components, chemical equipment, and furnace tubes in heat treatment furnaces.

Inconel 625® sheet has excellent oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, and creep resistance, and is widely used in marine engineering equipment, chemical reactors, aerospace engine components, nuclear power plant equipment, exhaust gas treatment systems, and jet engine components.

Inconel 718® sheet can obtain extremely high strength through aging hardening treatment (heat treatment). Inconel 718® sheet has excellent creep resistance in high temperature environments and has good resistance to high temperature oxidation and corrosion. It also exhibits excellent welding performance. It is mainly used for key components in high temperature and high pressure environments, such as aerospace engines, turbine components, rocket engines, nuclear reactor components, gas turbines, and high temperature fasteners.

Inconel 800® series alloys have excellent high temperature oxidation and carburization resistance, especially when used for a long time at high temperatures. 800H and 800HT have higher high temperature strength after special treatment. These alloys are widely used in heat exchangers, heating furnace components, heat treatment equipment, steam boiler superheater tubes, and nuclear power plant equipment in the petrochemical industry.

Inconel 601® sheet is known for its excellent oxidation resistance, especially at high temperatures. The alloy also has good resistance to sulfidation, carburization, and chloride corrosion at high temperatures. It is mainly used in high-temperature oxidizing and corrosive environments, such as industrial furnace components, heat treatment equipment, gas turbine components, high-temperature reactors and heat exchangers in the chemical industry.

Inconel X-750® sheet obtains high strength through precipitation hardening, has excellent creep resistance and stress corrosion resistance, and is particularly suitable for use under high temperature conditions. It is commonly used in aircraft engine turbine blades, turbine disks, guides, and other parts that require high strength and high temperature resistance.
