Chemical and petrochemical
Our Incoloy 800H®sheet and Incoloy 800HT® sheet usually require precise heat treatment processes to enhance their creep resistance and high temperature strength, and are widely used in chemical reactor linings and piping systems, especially in equipment involving high temperature oxidizing and reducing environments. This alloy can withstand long-term high temperature operations while resisting chemical corrosion. The corrosion resistance of Incoloy 825® plates in strong acid environments such as sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid makes it the preferred material for manufacturing acidic media processing equipment.
Aerospace
Our Incoloy® 800HT sheet and Incoloy® A286 sheet are also used in combustion chambers and exhaust pipes of aircraft engines. They can withstand extreme high temperatures and will not deform or fail under thermal stress. Oil and Gas Industry
In the manufacture of oil well pipes and downhole tools, Incoloy® 925 alloy plates are often used as the main material for the manufacture of these equipment. The downhole environment contains high concentrations of hydrogen sulfide (H₂S), carbon dioxide (CO₂) and other corrosive gases. Incoloy® 825 is a common choice in acidic environments, while Incoloy® 925 is more suitable when higher strength is required.
pharmaceutical
In the pharmaceutical industry, mixing tanks are often used to handle high-purity chemicals and drugs, requiring materials that will not contaminate the product and can resist various chemical corrosion. Our Hastelloy® alloy sheet is the preferred material. We will perform electrolytic polishing or mechanical polishing on the Hastelloy alloy plate according to GMP and FDA international standards to make the surface smoother and reduce the risk of contamination and corrosion.
Environmental Protection
Incoloy® 825 sheet is widely used in flue gas desulfurization equipment to manufacture absorption towers, flues, pipes and heat exchangers. When designing environmental protection equipment, we will take into account the corrosion risks that the equipment may face in long-term operation. For Incoloy® 825 plate, the design usually thickens the plate or adopts a double-layer structure to improve the corrosion resistance of the equipment.

How long does the stocking cycle take?
iTOP Metal has the fastest delivery system in the world. Incoloy Sheet inventory is promised to be delivered in 3-5 days, and customized titanium sheet metal can be delivered in 20 days.
Do you provide product quality inspection certificates?
Our factory produces Incoloy Sheet in strict accordance with ASTM B265 standards. If you request detailed testing requirements, we will conduct quality testing according to your requirements, including chemical composition, developing testing institutions, etc.
Can we go to China to visit your factory?
