Petrochemical Industry
Our Incoloy® 800H bar and 800HT bar usually require precise heat treatment processes to enhance their creep resistance and high temperature strength, and are widely used in chemical reactor linings, especially in equipment involving high temperature oxidizing and reducing environments. This alloy can withstand long-term high-temperature operations while resisting chemical corrosion. The corrosion resistance of Incoloy® 825 bar in strong acid environments such as sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid makes it the preferred material for manufacturing acidic media processing equipment.
Aerospace
Our Incoloy® 800HT bar and Incoloy® A286 bar are also used in parts such as combustion chambers and exhaust pipes of aircraft engines. They can withstand extreme high temperatures and the materials will not deform or fail under thermal stress conditions. Our Incoloy alloys for aviation and aerospace applications have undergone rigorous fatigue testing and will not fail under long-term alternating stress conditions.
Oil and Gas Industry
In the manufacture of oil well pipes and downhole tools, Incoloy® 925 bar are often used as the main material for the manufacture of these equipment. The downhole environment contains high concentrations of hydrogen sulfide (H₂S), carbon dioxide (CO₂) and other corrosive gases. Incoloy® 825 is a common choice in acidic environments, while Incoloy® 925 is more suitable when higher strength is required.
Power Industry
The applications of Incoloy® bar in nuclear power plants include fuel rod cladding, pressure vessels and heat exchangers. Incoloy® bar can work for a long time in high temperature and radiation environments while resisting corrosion from coolants. Currently we only support TT payment with 30% advance payment. After we provide the product quality inspection report and video inspection, you pay 70% of the final payment.
How long does the stocking cycle take?
iTOP Metal has the fastest delivery system in the world. Incoloy Bar inventory is promised to be delivered in 3-5 days, and customized titanium sheet metal can be delivered in 20 days.
Do you provide product quality inspection certificates?
Our factory produces Incoloy Bar in strict accordance with ASTM B265 standards. If you request detailed testing requirements, we will conduct quality testing according to your requirements, including chemical composition, developing testing institutions, etc.
Can we go to China to visit your factory?
Our titanium plate factory welcomes customers from all over the world to visit our factory in China. If you have plans to come to China, please inform our technical engineers in advance and we will arrange your itinerary in China.
Does it support payment in currencies other than USD?
