Both Incoloy® and Inconel® both belong to the same family of superalloys, but there are some subtle differences that separate these two metals. With slightly differing compositions, both Incoloy® and Inconel® are used for different types of applications. Inconel® contains over 50% nickel, which makes it more expensive than Incoloy® metal, while Incoloy® has a higher ferrous content and a lower overall cost of ownership.

- Incoloy® 800
Incoloy® 800 is manufactured for applications that require a higher creep-rupture strength and corrosion resistance in highly acidic environments. Incoloy® 800 also offers the high temperature oxidation and carburization resistance qualities that Incoloy® is best known. - Incoloy® 825
Superalloy Incoloy® 825 is exclusively fabricated to provide enhanced corrosion resistance in a wide range of environments. The added titanium, copper, and molybdenum within Incoloy® 825 resists both reducing and oxidizing acids, to stress-corrosion cracking, and to localized attack such as pitting and crevice corrosion.

What do I need to do to buy Incoloy Alloy from China?
When purchasing Incoloy Alloy in China, you need to contact our technical engineers and tell them the relevant requirements for Incoloy Alloy (grade, chemical composition and qualification certificates, etc.), including drawings. Our technical engineers will give you a CIF quotation (including freight) based on the documents you provide.
How much does Incoloy Alloy cost?
Because Incoloy Alloy have different grades and production processes, we can only make one-on-one quotations based on customer requirements and provide Incoloy Alloy products that meet customer requirements.
Is there a minimum order quantity requirement?
Because titanium is a very expensive ideal material, the price is relatively high. We do not set a minimum order quantity requirement. We will provide you with the most appropriate procurement plan based on your project and industry technical experts.
What are the payment methods?
Currently we only support TT payment with 30% advance payment. After we provide the product quality inspection report and video inspection, you pay 70% of the final payment.
How long does the stocking cycle take?
iTOP Metal has the fastest delivery system in the world. Incoloy Alloy inventory is promised to be delivered in 3-5 days, and customized titanium sheet metal can be delivered in 20 days.
Do you provide product quality inspection certificates?
Our factory produces Incoloy Alloy in strict accordance with ASTM B265 standards. If you request detailed testing requirements, we will conduct quality testing according to your requirements, including chemical composition, developing testing institutions, etc.
Can we go to China to visit your factory?
Our titanium plate factory welcomes customers from all over the world to visit our factory in China. If you have plans to come to China, please inform our technical engineers in advance and we will arrange your itinerary in China.
Does it support payment in currencies other than USD?
In order to better adapt to the international situation, our company supports payment collection in RMB and Euro. Several special countries support equal-value barter payment.
