Chemical Industry
Our Hastelloy® plate is widely used in the manufacture of reactor linings and pipes due to their excellent corrosion resistance. Hastelloy® C-276 is the most commonly used grade. Our welding process uses TIG or MIG welding process, and uses welding materials that match the parent material to avoid thermal cracks and ensure that the weld has good corrosion resistance.
In the manufacture of chemical reactors, in order to eliminate the stress generated during welding, we will perform solution heat treatment on the reactor, usually rapid cooling at around 1150°C to restore the corrosion resistance of the material.
pharmaceutical
In the pharmaceutical industry, mixing tanks are often used to handle high-purity chemicals and drugs, requiring materials that will not contaminate the product and can resist various chemical corrosion. Our Hastelloy plate is the preferred material. We will perform electrolytic polishing or mechanical polishing on the Hastelloy plate according to GMP and FDA international standards to make the surface smoother and reduce the risk of contamination and corrosion.
High temperature projects
Our Hastelloy X® plate is a material commonly used in the combustion chamber of aircraft engines. It is widely used due to its excellent high temperature strength and oxidation resistance. We will perform fatigue tests on the combustion chambers made of Hastelloy X® plate to ensure that the Hastelloy® plate will not suffer fatigue cracking during long-term use.
Aviation and Aerospace
Our Hastelloy X® plates and C-276® plates are widely used in the manufacture of key high-temperature components such as combustion chambers, turbine blades, and nozzles in aircraft engines due to their ability to maintain strength under high temperature and high pressure. In practical applications, our team will conduct rigorous fatigue tests and creep resistance tests on Hastelloy® plate materials to ensure that they can operate for a long time in harsh environments.
Marine Engineering
In the marine environment, the high salt content in seawater is extremely corrosive to materials. Our Hastelloy® plates are used to manufacture structural components, pipes and heat exchangers for offshore drilling platforms. How long does the stocking cycle take?
iTOP Metal has the fastest delivery system in the world. Hastelloy Plate inventory is promised to be delivered in 3-5 days, and customized titanium sheet metal can be delivered in 20 days.
Do you provide product quality inspection certificates?
Our factory produces Hastelloy Plate in strict accordance with ASTM B265 standards. If you request detailed testing requirements, we will conduct quality testing according to your requirements, including chemical composition, developing testing institutions, etc.
Can we go to China to visit your factory?
