Application

Chemical Industry
Our Hastelloy® bar are used to manufacture pump shafts and valves in highly corrosive liquid transportation. They can withstand continuous chemical fluid erosion and must have high wear and corrosion resistance. In the manufacture of agitator shafts, we can recommend you the appropriate Hastelloy grade (such as Hastelloy C-276®, C-22®) according to the specific composition of the medium, and perform appropriate heat treatment on it to enhance its corrosion resistance.
High temperature projects
In high-temperature gas processing equipment, our Hastelloy® bar are also used to make bearings, seals or gaskets, especially when exposed to high-temperature oxidizing and reducing gases (such as in gas desulphurization equipment or heat treatment furnaces), e.g. Hastelloy X® bar are commonly used in these projects due to their excellent high temperature strength and oxidation resistance. At the same time, we use heat treatment and surface strengthening treatment processes to significantly improve the creep resistance and oxidation resistance of Hastelloy® bar at high temperatures.
Aviation and Aerospace
Our Hastelloy X® bar and C-276® bar are widely used in the manufacture of key high-temperature components such as combustion chambers, turbine blades, and nozzles in aircraft engines due to their ability to maintain strength under high temperature and high pressure. Marine Engineering
In the marine environment, the high salt content in seawater is extremely corrosive to materials. Our Hastelloy® bar are used to manufacture pump shafts, flanges and connectors in seawater desalination equipment. Especially in the parts that are in direct contact with high-pressure and high-temperature seawater, our Hastelloy® bar can provide excellent resistance to saltwater corrosion. How long does the stocking cycle take?
iTOP Metal has the fastest delivery system in the world. Hastelloy Bar inventory is promised to be delivered in 3-5 days, and customized titanium sheet metal can be delivered in 20 days.
Do you provide product quality inspection certificates?
Our factory produces Hastelloy Bar in strict accordance with ASTM B265 standards. If you request detailed testing requirements, we will conduct quality testing according to your requirements, including chemical composition, developing testing institutions, etc.
Can we go to China to visit your factory?
Our titanium plate factory welcomes customers from all over the world to visit our factory in China. If you have plans to come to China, please inform our technical engineers in advance and we will arrange your itinerary in China.
Does it support payment in currencies other than USD?
